The wood is made from a cedar tree in Washington US.

 

 

To cut down that tree it took a saw.

The saw is made from steel.

 

The steel is made from iron ore.

 

Iron

 

The iron ore is mined in Brazil.

 

 

 

Black point lead

 

The pencil tip is made from graphite.

 

To get graphite, it took carbon.

Carbon ore

 

Carbon is found in coal near the Gulf Coast.

 

 

 

The eraser

 

The eraser is made from rubber.

 

Rubber is made from trees in Malaya.

 

 

Rubber tree

 

The rubber tree isn't native to Malaya, it was imported from South-America.

Millions of people.

 

Loggers, miners, chemists, drivers, sellers, buyers, workers,...

 

People with all kinds of race and religion.
